Have you ever wondered who is behind the beautiful crystal candles from Love & Stones? Wonder no more. Today Lone, the creator of Love & Stones joins us for a conversation about crystals, energy and morning routines and shares with us why meditation is her no. 1 tipp for healthy and glowing skin.
Tell us a little bit about your brand. What does your brand stand for?
We are a holistic lifestyle slow-living concept with crystals infused in all we do. We offer a wide range of scented candles made of natural soy wax and organic essential oils. All done in a design where “re-use” is always in focus. We use ceramics and glass in order to create no waste. Besides our beautiful candles, you can find a clean organic skincare line and a mindfulness meditation lifestyle collection all based on a life lived just as you dream. Love & Stones is a Copenhagen company based in Mallorca. This beautiful island is also where we have our own factory where most of our products are handmade in small batches in order to have less waste and based on the philosophy that life is all about LOVE, DREAMS AND ENERGIES.
How does your current morning routine look like? What are the ways you keep yourself calm and grounded when life gets busy?
I looooove my mornings and they are extremely important for my mood and my soul for each day. So, I get up before everybody else and start slowly with my candles. I always have “Energy” candles, “Heal” and “Manifest” around me. I burn Palo Santo together with my little mantra of thanks to the universe. Then I make my coffee, put music on and then I take some time to journal. I write down a short and easy wish for the day. Then I spray the “Breath” mist all around me, close my eyes and see it happen. At the same time I’m holding my raw crystal quartz pointer stone (that have with me alllll the time) in my left hand. This grounds me and at the same time gives me a minute to believe in my dream and start my journey and my day.
What’s your favourite Love & Stones product?
I strongly believe in energy. To have it and to give it. So it’s the “Cleanse & Clear” bundle for sure. A “breath” mist for my morning and meditation and my “Energy” candles.
Whats your no.1 tipp for healthy and glowing skin?
Oils… and a lot of it… and meditation… most skin problems as well as wrinkles come from stress, a bad diet and lack of sleep… meditation can handle almost of all that as well as clear your mind. Feeling light and happy will make you want to eat better too.
